My New year list

-get 8 hours of sleep
-weight train 3x a week
-drink 4 liters of water a day
-be positive
-Yoga/pilates 2x a week

Resolution

I love the new year because it gives you a new start. You can do anything you set your mind to. With the new year it is time to reflect on goals, short and long term goals. We are going to Hawaii in April and I really would like to feel great in my swimsuit. I have set a few goals for the new year. Eating better working out a little hard. Pushing myself to the next level. Not just doing the same thing day in and day out. When we do that we tend to get in a rut. Hard to break bad habits. I enjoy feeling good and looking good. When your jeans don't fit that is a bad feeling. I also resolve to get more sleep and drink more water. Two things we all should be doing more of. When I drink my 4 liters of water each day I feel lighter and have more energy because I am flushing the toxins out of my body. The Clean eating mag is wonderful and full of new and exciting recipes we all could use. The hardest part for me is making my kids try new things. Happy Clean Eating to all the year.
