Diary

Keeping a food diary my help you drop those last few stubborn pounds. Log everthing you eat each day, you might really be surprized by how much you are consuming each day. Especially if you have children because what they don't eat we don't want the food to go to waste we bought the food right. So where does it go?? Into our mouths, and we don't need it at all. So try it write down what you are eating it might really shock you into not eating as much and off will come the pounds. Happy Clean Eating!!!
