Exercise

How much exercise is too much exercise?? When does exercise become addicting?? Do we all love to exercise?? Or is exercising painful for some?? How do you know when you are obsessed with exercise?? Do we all look at exercise in the same way?? Are you crabby if you don't get your workout in?? Or am I the only one that feels that way?? How do you go a day without a run?? Is it painful??? How do you know when to stop exercising?? Will I get fat if I stop running?? I am the only person that has these kind of questions running through my head?? Happy exercising!!!
