Portion control is so important. When I eat the propper amount of food at each meal I can assure you that I am hungry every 3-3.5 hours without fail. When I am not using portion control I eat to much or to little and screw up my eating schedule. Sometimes the protions don't look big enough but I assure you protion control works. We are not meant to be eating super huge meals are bodies cannot handle that. Each meal size should look like this...
Protein= size of the palm of your hand
Complex carb from whole grain= size of tennis ball
Complex carb from fresh fruit or vegetable= one heaping handful
