5aDay
Getting your 5 Veggies a day has become important to me. Veggies are so good for your body and leave you feeling full because of all the fiber they are loaded with. I like eating sugar peas, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, and lots of salad. I love salad and cannot get enough. I enjoy eating an entire bag and a half to myself. My sissy thinks I am crazy for eating so much salad all the time but salad really fills me up and I feel so good when I am eating my veggies. Happy Clean Eating!!!
