Buns

I worked my buns today. When I work individual muscle groups I feel like I get more out of a workout. My buns were working hard, I like that. I love the squat-lunge combo. It really works well and creates great definition. My runs are better when I give my legs and buns some work each week. My run was really great this morning despite all the interuptions, gotta love those babies!! Happy Excercising!!!
