Shrink the size of your thighs by increasing your bodies lean body mass. Muscle takes up less space than fat, so when you build muscle and shed fat, you will become tighter and more compact. Happy Exercising!!!
Clean eating is a great approach to a healthy lifestyle for all ages. We have 5 kids 7, 6, 5, 3, and 1. Each one of them eats clean and gets a proper amount of exercise each day. The older kids know clean food vs. dirty food and are willing to try new things. Clean eating is such a wonderful way to maintain a healthy body and mind about food. I would love any new receipes or suggestions anyone has to talk about. We always love to try new things at this house.
