बी पोल्लें

I have started using Bee Pollen. Bee Pollen is known for its high rutin levels. Rutin is a quercetin found in many plants, especially buckwheat, green tea, and B3, B5, B6, and B12; vitamins A, C, and E, carotenoids, folic acid and rutin. Minerals, including magnesium, calcium, copper, iron, silica, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, and manganese. It contains a full range of amino acids and is a more concentrated source of protien than any other food. It also contains necessary digestive enzymes, fatty acids and a full range of phytonutrients. Everyone can benefit from taking at least one teaspoon of bee pollen a day. So go ahead but bee pollen in your oatmeal, pancakes, yogurt, smoothie...anything really. Enjoy!!
