Oatmeal
Oatmeal is the best breakfast you can feed your body. After a long night of fasting replenishing your body with a complex carbohydrate is the best thing you can do for your body. Oatmeal is a breakfast superfood. Oatmeal is delicious and sticks with you for a long period of time. Top it off with a protein shake and you are good to go.
