Recipe

Here is an easy receipe for when we are on the go but I need some food fast.

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup yogurt(any flavor)
1 scoop flax meal
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 blueberries
1 scoop protien powder (optional)

Mix ingredients together and eat. Super tasty and great for you. We love this fast easy clean eat.
