banana
1 liter of water

Meal 3

4 cups lettuce
1/2 cups ground turkey
2 Tablespoon black beans
1/4 cup FF cottage cheese
2 Tablespoons FF sour cream
1/4 cup fresh tomatoe salsa
vitamins
2 liters of water

Meal 4
1 Apple
2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
.5 liter of water

Meal 5
Apple Cider Vinegar
Lean ground sirlion
1/2 head of lettuce
swiss cheese
vitamins
2 liters of water

Meal 6
Muscle milk protein shake
1 liter of water
