Avoid skipping meals

The best way to keep your metabolism up is to eat. Eating every 2-3 hours is key to maintaining a high hummin' metabolism. "Women are more likely then men to skip meals." Why so we do this to ourselves if we all know this is bad for our bodies and we are going to pay for it later....We all end up pigging out by the end of the day on junk if we deprive our bodies all day. So keep you body happy and just feed it. Starvation is not the key to loosing weight and having that perfectly toned body. Eat your way thin and be happy about it. Because food is fun and keeps us all in a good mood. Happy Clean Eating!!!
