Start your day the smart way
After a long nights sleep, your body needs fuel to become energized for the day you are about to take on. Kids and adults that eat breakfast may do better in school, are more likely to participate in activites, and become overall healthier eaters. Children that are fed breakfast may even learn better during class time, get the needed amount of nutrients, and maintain a higher metabolism. Now if that isn't reason to feed your body and your children's bodies a healthy breakfast I don't know what is. Try to get the proper amount of protein, carbs, and fat, and you are good to go.
