Food
Food provides our bodies with nutrients to keep us mentally focused and physically strong during exercise. When you try to exercise without breakfast for example you might become light headed if your blood sugar suddenly drops. Food provides our bodies with the energy needed to have a balanced life. Consuming the propper amount of carbs, protein, and fat provide fuel for your muscles, organs, and other body tissues. Happy Clean Eating!!!
