Sleep Fact

Getting the proper amount of sleep is so important for your body and for the health of your body. Our bodies need time to recover and repair themselves. Getting fewer than seven hours of sleep a night my raise your BMI compared to those who are getting the proper amount. So be good to your body and get the rest you need.
