Clean

You cannot achieve lasting weightloss with exercise alone. You must have a clean eating diet in order to see lasting results and a positive self image. Having a lean toned body is all about what you put into your mouth. Eating every 3-4 hours is the only way to maintain a hot body!!! Remember 80% is what you put into your mouth, 10% exercise, 10% good genes. Happy Clean Eating!!!
