Exercise

You must enjoy your workouts or you are not going to be looking forward to exercising. Try new things, cardio, weights, dvd's, go to the gym, go outside for a run, find a freind to inspire you, until you have found what works for you. If you get bored easily switch up your exercise routine so you do not become bored.
