Roasted

Roasted Asparagus
1 1/2 lbs asparagus
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat oven 425 toss asapargus in extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season lightly with sea salt and pepper. Lay a single layer in baking dish with cooking spray. Bake for 7-10 minutes.

We made these tonight and ate them up. They were yum yum yummy. Alex really likes them a lot. We made quite a few and they are completely gone. Great recipe.
