Exercise
To succeed at your fitness goals you must schedule your workout sessions just like you would any other appointment. Write it down on your calendar, don't move it for anyhting else. Keep it scheduled so you are consistant with your routine. If you do miss a day reschedule for the next day and try hard to keep your exercise a priority. Happy Exercising!!!

So where can I go to figure out what types of food are "clean" and what exactly clean eating is?
There is a great book by Tosca Reno called the CLean Eating Diet. It is the best book ever and clean eating is the best diet ever, you will loose the weight if you do this diet.
