Smaller
In a world where we are all facing monster sized food choices, go for the smaller verses the larger. Decide to eat smaller protions ahead of time. Stop eating 2-3 meals a day. Start eating 5-6 meals a day. You will soon realize how much better you feel when you are not stuffing yourself soooo full. If you are worried that you are going to be hungry again soon by not eating your monster sized meal good news, guess what, you get to eat again in about 3 hours. So try eating smaller, more frequent meals and see how you feel. Happy Clean Eating!!!
