Mix up your exercises to keep the body adapting. You must keep your body guessing. Never do the same routine two days in a row. Continually mix it up, you will see results faster and you will continue to see your body changing if you have a new program daily. Happy Exercising!!!

You have been a serious blogger lately. I love it when your life slows down. Even though I don't talk to you every day. In some strange way it kind of feels like you are talking to me trying to keep me right on track. :)
