Buttox

I have been reading about how to tone your glutes and make your buttox more round. I think we could all use a little help in that department. Eating is so important. We all have to remember 80% diet, 10% exercise, 10% Genes. That is always so weird to me because I always put exercise first but if you do both religously you will se huge benefits from diet and exercise. They go hand and hand. you cannot do one without the other. So back to my buttox thing, okay so these are the best exercises for your behind......LUNGES and SQUATS. They are the most effective and they both target the biggest muscle groups. So everyone get going, swimsuit season is coming. Happy Exercising!!!
