Meals

1 Liter of water

M1 Chocolate protein shake
apple cider vinegar
vitamins
1 liter water

M2 vanilla protein shake 1 teaspoon cinnamon
.5 liter of water
vitamins

M3 Taco salad
1 liter water

M4 light string cheese
1.5 liter water

M5 Oatmeal, flaxseed, almonds, craisins
apple cider vinegar
vitamins
.5 liter water

I was doing so great today right, then I went to enrichment....I kinda ate a lot, but it was mostly clean. I ate strawberry's and grapes. And this super yummy peanut butter dip that i will have to post on here because it is clean. Then I ate a blueberry oatmeal thing, I am not sure if it was clean but it was gluten free which I love. So I guess tomorrow I will do better.
