Flaxseed
Adding atleast 2 Tablespoons of ground flaxseed to your diet will help you keep your "pipes" nice and clean. Give it a try in you oatmeal, protein pancakes, yogurt, smoothie, or soup. Happy Clean Eating!!!
Clean eating is a great approach to a healthy lifestyle for all ages. We have 5 kids 7, 6, 5, 3, and 1. Each one of them eats clean and gets a proper amount of exercise each day. The older kids know clean food vs. dirty food and are willing to try new things. Clean eating is such a wonderful way to maintain a healthy body and mind about food. I would love any new receipes or suggestions anyone has to talk about. We always love to try new things at this house.
